We started Airlist after watching independent podcasters cobble together five different tools — spreadsheets for tracking, Gmail for outreach, Calendly for scheduling, Notion for research, and reminders apps for follow-ups. None of it fit. Episodes slipped, guests went cold, and great show ideas died in the inbox.
Airlist is the workspace we wanted: one place to manage the whole arc of a guest from first idea to re-invite, designed around how independent podcasters actually work.
We're not building for podcast networks or enterprise media teams. Airlist is for the host who runs their own show — interviewing guests, editing audio, publishing episodes, and growing an audience without a full staff.
